Ensoft has state of the art fully automated line consisting of Pick and place machine, 5 zone reflow, Wave soldering machine, Ovens. Ensoft has dedicated customer specific cells for performing final product assembly which includes the assembly and integration of Chassis, Power supplies, Cables, PCBS along with system configurations, burn in tests and functional tests. Each job is assigned a Project Manager who is responsible to the customer for all aspects of a job from job definition to shipment, for quality, management, interpretation of customer documentation during the initial project review, preparation of assembly procedures/manuals, the establishment of inspection and testing requirements, tracking job status, and resolving problems. At the prototype and pre- productions stages, products are typically in a state of on-going development that requires the ability to respond to design changes while still meeting demanding performance requirements. We recognize the need to provide our customers with a seamless transition from prototype to pre-production to full production. Substantial investments in both equipment and personnel have provided ensoft with a proven mid volume manufacturing capabilities.
